The Resilient Spirit of a Filipino
Understanding the context that we,
Filipinos absolutely resilient in dealing and in overcoming different trials,
traumas, disasters, and all forms of problems that we are facing in almost
everyday of our lives. But still, Filipinos stand firm. They handled difficult
situations with courage and conviction.
In the general perspective, our
country suffered a lot in terms of economy crisis, most especially because of
this pandemic, the covid-19 virus. Also, next to that issue, the numerous experiences
of the different provinces because of calamities. People were devastated,
suffered and affected.
However, recently, the government responses are more effective as long as we Filipinos help together. Also, the government outlined different quarantine measures and some LGU's demonstrated a remarkable response to the covid-19 pandemic. The number of cases reported in the country is no longer growing at an exponential rate, however flattening the curve does not necessarily mean that the Philippines s winning its battle against the covid-19 pandemic.
We sometimes underestimate the capacity of every individual especially in overcoming their tough situations. But in the long run the image of Filipinos who is able to survive in spite of his/her circumstances, they were able to survive because of the given support by his/her loved ones. They are accountable of every action and it is a matter of choosing to be resilient. There are negative implications and negative consequences that one may suffer, but in the end, Filipinos were able to keep this faith and overcome all the hardships and challenges. For them, God is always their shield and their power in order to survive. Let us continue to rise together and counter this covid-19 pandemic.References:
