Vaccinating Youth

It is undeniable that this global pandemic has put breaks in our daily lives. Fortunately, with the help of various researchers and experts in the world, who have developed vaccines against covid-19 we are slowly recovering from the pandemic.

Now that many adults have been vaccinated, it can be seen that it has also made a big difference in our recovery from the pandemic, the number of people getting infected with covid-19 and the number of recorded cases has decreased. Because of this, vaccinations have also been carried out on teenagers 12 to 17 years old, and recently vaccinations have also started on children 5 years old and above. It is a big help that there is already a vaccine for the youth because it is also for their safety. After vaccination, if the body is later exposed to those disease-causing germs, the body is immediately ready to destroy them, preventing illness. Through this, if more people are vaccinated, we will definitely be able to recover from the pandemic faster and we will be able to return to normal just like entering our schools.

Getting vaccinated against COVID-19 can lower your risk of getting and spreading the virus that causes COVID-19. That is why, I hope everyone is willing to get vaccinated and we encourage should others to do so because it is also for the good of all, especially the children and teens to secure their safety and for them to experience again living normally as a youth.
